It works super fine with majority of the events, i haven’t had to give up on a transaction yet. The integration with Dinero is great, only with a couple of exceptions. It is easy to get in contact and have my problem solved quickly.
We chose Vibrant for our weekend festival to be our primary payment solution for guests. Vibrant was easy and fast to set up with and the employees very friendly, helpful and professional. We’ve moved. 65% of our payments over to Vibrant with a massive success → feedback from both volunteers of the event and guests has been positive, highlighting how intuitive the system was to use. It’s a flexible solution, great for us who dont want a big setup and have many locations all over the festival grounds and dont want costs for the rest of 362 a year we dont have need for payments.
