Reporting directly to the CEO, you are a trusted strategic advisor and a business partner to the HelloFreshGO Leadership Team. You take over day-to-day responsibility for key projects and you create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable success. You have a tremendous impact on our business from day one and you will be part of a motivated and dedicated Team to bring HelloFreshGO to the next level !

****What will be your mission ****

• Partner with CEO to work on the most relevant (strategic) topics for HelloFreshGO in the different areas of the business (e.g.commercial, product, operations)
• Understand and improve business growth and productivity for HelloFreshGO
• Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g., location, business channel, product, etc.) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities
• Execute core initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our business
• Define and deliver analytics to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences (Sr. Leaders, board, investors)

What you need to shine

• Exceptional academic record with a degree from a top tier college or university (Business or engineering degrees preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm paired with experience within a high-growth company from work or internships
• Mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Exceptional project and people management skills
• The belief that awesome things are MADE to happen and ambiguity is your friend
• Working proficiency in German (must) and English
