Lever https://www.lever.co/
Used by
- Founders Factory (“We currently use Lever but it needs us to create separate email accounts for all our portfolio companies with the same email stem as Founders Factory. How do you get around this? When we spoke to our account manager she mentioned we were one of the few funds using the tool so she was unfamiliar with how to set up the tool to manage multiple companies from one account.”)

ThriveTRM https://thrivetrm.com/
Used by
- Golden Ventures (“ThriveTRM is widely used in the VC world. We use this at Golden Ventures as well. It’s not an ATS as ATS’s like Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR etc are used more for direct hiring within a company as they have an HR component of drafting offers.
- Thrive is a Talent Relationship Management platform which allows you to post jobs, screen applicants, add in interview stages and email templates etc and also invite your portfolio companies into the platform to view candidates, leave notes etc. You can create an open network of talent in there as well that your portco’s can access and request introductions with candidates. I highly recommend it.”)

JazzHR https://www.jazzhr.com/
Used by
- NFX (“JazzHR seems really interesting. I just checked with the rep on your question. The system (low monthly $$) provides you with unlimited users (email domain doesn't factor in), and they have customizable Roles & Privileges. I’m most likely about to commit to JazzHr (so if anyone feels strongly against that, please DM me)!”)

Crelate https://www.crelate.com/
Used by
- Five Elms Capital (“We have been very happy with Crelate **https://www.crelate.com/** . It is low cost, super flexible, user friendly and includes traditional ATS and more robust relationship management features. Disclosure…we also ended up investing in it after I became a user! Happy to chat with anyone interested in learning more or connecting you directly with the company to discuss your specific needs.”)
