After agreeing with the founders that they want you to conduct a culture deep-dive and analysis of their organization, your first task will be to choose who to interview.
I recommend interviewing 5-7 people. Preferably the full management team + a couple of randomly chosen people by you across different departments.

Most importantly: please be 100% honest. The more direct and constructive you can be, the more helpful this exercise will be. Everything you say will be confidential and feedback will be delivered in a fully anonymous way.
